I took a 2 weeks break after the 7 weeks program!
Now, i am going to take another 3 weeks to push myself to another level.

Judging from the picture, i got to work on:
1) Abs -> reduce fats and build abs.
2) Chest -> Bigger, broader chest!
Ok, now, time to work out!
